Arcade Resturaunt Memphis, Tennessee

The Arcade is the oldest restaurant in Memphis. It has been shot in multiple movies including; Mystery Train, Great Balls of Fire, The Client, The Firm, 21 Grams, Elizabethtown, Walk the Line, and My Blueberry Night. It is one of the great Memphis restaurants.

 Eggs Redneck

Eggs Redneck is an arcade special. It has about 8 layers of delectable biscuit-sausage-biscuit- sausage combo smothered in delicious creamy gravy. If you order it plain off the menu with no changes it comes with eggs instead of grits (the white stuff in the bowl on the left side of the plate). Eggs aren't my favorite breakfast food so I replaced them with grits. The grits went well with a little sweetener, like syrup. The hash-browns were amazingly crispy on the top and scrumptiously soft underneath. Between the delicious biscuit-sausage-gravy ensemble and the crispy hash-browns teamed with the traditional southern grits this recipe earned itself a noble 4/5 stars.
