In the center are wet beef ribs. They were a little fatty and ribs were never my style, but none the less they earned an OK 1.5/5 star rating, in my opinion.
On the left is wet sliced pork. The warm thin slices had the tiny bit of chewiness desirable in sliced meat but the sauce threw off the imperfect taste of the meat itself. All in all, they deserve a healthy 2.5/5 star rating.
Finally, on the left is the wet sliced beef. These saucy, chewy delicacies slid down the throat well with a heavily sweetened Ice Tea. For their good taste and good texture they earned themselves a fine 3/5 star rating.
Salty fried pickles with ranch dressing (you should try it with the ranch) proved the best installment in this fine meal. Even though they needed a large drink to quench the thirst they showed themselves to be a 3.5/5 star rating.
